Waitlist terms

These are the rules for joining the Adversary Club waitlist, and what you can and can't expect from us. Please read them before you sign up.

The short version

  • Joining is free and puts you on a list. It doesn't guarantee you a seat.
  • We plan 200 seats for season one, but we can change that number and run more events or seasons.
  • We decide who gets in. We can turn down or remove anyone, and we don't have to say why.
  • Break the challenges on the page however you like, as long as it happens in your own browser. Leave our servers and other people's data alone.
  • You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected].

About these terms

These terms cover the Adversary Club waitlist: the sign-up page, the challenges on it and your place on the list. They're an agreement between you and KLYVRA AI Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India (CIN U58202MP2026PTC087901). "We" and "us" mean KLYVRA AI Private Limited.

To join, you tick three boxes on the sign-up form: one to confirm you're 18 or older, one to say you agree to these terms and one to say you agree to our privacy notice. You can't join without all three. We keep a record of when you ticked them. If you don't agree, please don't join.

Adversary Club will have its own terms when it opens. These only cover the waitlist. Once you join Adversary Club, its terms take over.

Who can join

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Use your real name, an email address you control and your own LinkedIn profile.
  • One entry per person. Signing up again with the same email updates your existing entry. Don't sign up with extra email addresses, or on behalf of other people, to improve your odds.
  • Don't use bots, scripts or other automated tools to sign up.

If your entry breaks any of these, we can remove it.

Seats, events and seasons

We plan to open season one with 200 seats. That's a plan, not a promise. We may add seats or cut them, split players across more than one event or season, run extra events or seasons, or change dates and formats. We may also postpone the launch or cancel it.

If we change the number of seats or how we pick players, we'll update this page and the sign-up page.

How we pick players

Priority

As the sign-up page says, people who found an access code go first, and after that it's roughly first come, first served. We use your challenge results and the order you joined in to work out the order. We may also look at the public LinkedIn profile you gave us.

Our final say

The order is a guide, not a guarantee. A person on our team makes the final call on who gets a seat, and in which event or season. We can pick or pass over anyone at our discretion, and we don't have to give a reason. Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee you a seat, in season one or later.

Refusing or removing a place

We can turn down any entry, take anyone off the list, cancel an invite, or bar someone from future events and from Adversary Club. We can do this at our discretion, with or without giving a reason.

Things that will usually get an entry removed include false or borrowed details, more than one entry per person, automated sign-ups, breaking the challenge rules below, and harassing or threatening us or anyone else.

If we bar you, we keep your email address and a short note so the block holds. The privacy notice explains this.

The challenges

The sign-up page has a gatekeeper you can chat with and some hidden access codes. They're puzzles, and some of them are meant to be broken. We may change, reset or retire any challenge or code at any time.

Fair game

Anything that happens in your own browser on the sign-up page. That includes reading the page source, using your browser's developer tools, looking at what the site sends back, and talking the gatekeeper into things, prompt injection included.

Off limits

  • attacking, scanning or overloading our servers, our sign-up API or Cloudflare
  • guessing codes at scale, or flooding the sign-up form
  • getting around the bot check or the sign-up limit
  • trying to reach the waitlist data or anyone else's entry
  • anything that breaks the law

If we think a result was reached this way, we can cancel it and remove the entry.

Finding a real bug

If you find a security problem outside the challenges, stop there and email [email protected] with the details. Don't use it, share it, or look at anyone else's data.

Invites

An invite is for you only. You can't sell it, trade it or hand it to someone else, and we can cancel a seat that changed hands. An invite may come with a deadline. If you miss it, we may give the seat to someone else.

Emails from us

Joining means we'll email you about the waitlist and the launch, including your invite if you get one. Every email tells you how to stop them. If you do, you might miss your invite.

Leaving the waitlist

You can leave at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We'll delete your entry as the privacy notice describes, and you'll lose your place. We can also close the waitlist at any time.

Our site and name

The site, the gatekeeper, the challenges, and the Adversary Club name and logo belong to us. You can't copy the site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we back you or your work.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we'll update this page. If a change matters, we'll email people on the list before it takes effect. If you stay on the list after that, the new terms apply to you. If you don't want them, you can leave.

No guarantees

The waitlist is free and provided as it is. We don't promise that the site will always be up or free of errors, that you'll get a seat, or that Adversary Club will launch at all.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using the waitlist, from not getting a seat, or from changes to the waitlist, the seats or the launch.

If you break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them goes to the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, including the Indore Bench of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, and those courts alone can hear it. If the consumer laws where you live give you the right to bring a claim in your own courts, you keep that right.

The legal bits

If a court finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later. You can't transfer your place on the list, or these terms, to anyone else. We can transfer them to a business that takes over Adversary Club.

Your privacy

How we collect and use your details is in our privacy notice.
